"Had my Ford Escape serviced Sept.23rd. Mike and Zane, on his tech team, were able to quickly spot my coolant bypass hose needed urgent replacement. A few more miles or days in 100F+ weather could have caused serious damage and very costly repairs.
I got a very thorough inspection report with digital pictures of the damaged hose and other areas of concern. In addition to the mechanical repairs and oil change, I came in with a hanging tailpipe from backing into an unseen boulder. They were able to successfully reattach it averting a full exhaust system replacement. I left beyond 100% satisfied, I got peace of mind knowing my car is good for many more miles in the desert."
