For some members of Team NAS, making a difference doesn't stop when their shift ends.

Beyond the mill, they're volunteer firefighters, first responders, military service members and community leaders. They're the people who step up, give back and show up for their neighbors.

We're proud to recognize just some of the many NAS employees who dedicate their time and talents to making our communities stronger.

Swipe to see the many ways Team NAS makes an impact beyond the mill.

Thank you for all you do, both at NAS and beyond!

Things got a little spooky (and competitive) at NAS!

Our Inside Sales team showed off their creativity for the 2026 Pumpkin Decorating Contest, and they did not disappoint!

Congratulations to our winners!

It’s never too early to start exploring career opportunities!

Cold Mill Maintenance Group Leader, Mike Hardy recently attended the MCHS College and Career Fair alongside Austin Cissell, Z-Mill 4 Lead Electrical Technician, and Branson Cline, a college co-op student currently studying Industrial Maintenance at Ivy Tech.

The three had the opportunity to connect with students and share insights into careers in manufacturing and the different paths available at NAS.

Thanks to MCHS for having us!

Some of our employees serve our community long after their shift at NAS ends. This National First Responders Day, we're proud to recognize the NAS team members who also volunteer as first responders. Thank you for answering the call when your communities need you most.
