Take a look at this complete production flow we created for our customer. It starts with raw material and ends with a fully assembled, inspected, and sealed product ready for production. The process begins with a new 7-station hydraulic progressive press system featuring transfer automation capable of producing cups every 6–7 seconds.

What makes projects like this exciting is not only the individual machines but also how the entire manufacturing chain operates as a synchronized process. From press forming to igniter assembly, filling, sealing, inspection, and robotic handling, every station is designed for reliability, maintainability, and long-term production performance.
