Qualifications:
• 10+ years of professional experience as a licensed
architect
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
simultaneously
• Possess a strong working knowledge of current building codes
• Superior communication skills in both verbal and written
• Possess strong relationship-building abilities and problem-solving
experiences with staff, consultants, engineers, clients, code officials,
and contractors
• Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and sense of professionalism
• Seeking long term, in office employment

Trotter & Associates Architects, LLC was founded in 1985 by Thomas B. Trotter. The firm is a leader in the design of distinctive hospitality, educational, commercial, retail, and residential projects throughout Sevier County and East Tennessee. The fact that many clients repeatedly come back with new projects is indicative of their continued satisfaction with the excellent services they have been provided.

As of January 1, 2018, Trotter & Associates Architects, LLC will be operating under Trotter De Foe Architects, LLC. We have incorporated our Vice President, Jay D. De Foe, into the title of the business. Jay has been working alongside of Thomas Trotter for over 25 years, and together have designed many of the recognizable landmarks throughout Sevier County.
