Meet Kathy Patten π±ββοΈπππ
For the past 3.5 years, Kathy has been key to keeping things running smoothly at Midwest Industrial Sales.
From supporting accounting and marketing efforts to directing calls across departments and helping coordinate major events like UPN 2026, Kathy wears many hats - and handles them all with organization, energy, and care. πβοΈπ
One of Kathyβs proudest accomplishments has been serving on the UPN planning committee, helping exceed attendance goals while creating a surplus event budget. A huge win for both the event and the team. ππ
Kathy also brings a creative edge to MWI by flying the drone for marketing videos and capturing cinematic footage of new machine arrivals and operations. ππ₯
Outside of work, Kathy is a full-time sports mom cheering on her four kids year-round. When sheβs not at games, youβll probably find her working out, cooking for family and friends, reading a good book, or enjoying the outdoors. βοΈπββοΈπ
