Some designs and wood choices are worse then others. This ramp wood was replaced in November/2020. We ripped it out and replaced it with a sealed slab and wrapped the edges in flashing tape where you could see the rot originated previously.

Another bush hog came in for some fixing. Couple of bends, crack repairs, and updates and back out the door

Camper came in with some structural defects. Manufactures skimping by making things thinner and thinner calming it “engineered”. Clean, grind, weld, grind, plate, weld, clean, paint and on the way out the door

Bush hog skins take a beating. This one didn’t have a panel that wasn’t rusted or bent, so we took the plasma to it to strip it down and then cut new pieces on the cnc. Table and welded it up. Kept the factory look with slightly thicker plate and a few updates to improve the ease of use
