Position Options
We are hiring for either:
Transmission Apprentice
• Tear down and inspect transmissions
• Clean, prep, and organize parts
• Sandblast and Paint
• Assist builders and learn the trade
Transmission Builder
• Full teardown, inspection, and diagnostics
• Build transmissions to spec with precision
• Manage your own workflow and parts
• Take ownership of quality and efficiency
Pay & Schedule
• Very competitive pay + bonuses (based on experience and production)
• 5 days (8–5) or 4 days (10-hour shifts)
• Opportunities to increase income as your skill and efficiency grow

Requirements
• Basic automotive knowledge or background required
• Own basic tools
• Mechanical mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to stay productive and organized
