Some days you just have to delegate the work and relax, stretch out in the sun and supervise.
We are open Sundays from 1:00 - 6:00. So if you are wanting to spruce up your garden we have some pretty established vegetables and flowers. We have heard from some customers that the rabbits have been especially bothersome this year. If you need to replant some lost veggies or if you are in need of some repellent come on in. You won’t have to start from seeds or seedlings here.

Gronk had some company this morning while helping water the plants. He decided that his younger siblings needed to start training in how the store operates. He is following the advise of Tim the Tool Man on Taylor.
You might see some new faces at Taylor Hardware along with the familiar faces you are used to seeing. Passing on knowledge is important and that is what we are working to do here in our store. So if you need some help and it takes a bit we are asking for you to have some patience, we’re learning new skills. We want to make sure that we are getting you the best part, tool, equipment or advice for your project. Training new people is part of that process.

Ooooh look at this! Our green pepper plants have peppers started. Our tomatoes have really shot up. Basically our vegetables and flowers are having some kind of contest in the garden center that we can only speculate on. My guess is the vegetables are going with “I can produce more for you. Your homemade salsas will spice up you meals. Your canning game will be on point this summer. You won’t need the Farmer’s Market, I am the farmers market, but we can still go.
And the flowers responded with, “That’s nice. Look at how pretty I am with my flowers trailing over the baskets. I am beauty. I am grace. I can beautify your space”

We might have mentioned before that we now have a garden center. We’re pretty proud of how it looks and all the hard work that Aaron and the crew have put into it. So we just wanted to take a second to show how good our Proven Winners plants look. I bet they would look even better at your house… I’m just saying. Stop by and see if something catches your eye.

Gronk, our resident door greater and if we’re honest, Tim the Tool Man on Taylor’s real boss. Would like me to let everyone know that we have brown and red bags of mulch for sale. Each bag covers 2 cubic feet and is on sale, 4 bags for $10. This is the best deal in town for mulch and lasts as long as supplies do. So come on in and grab what you need to get your landscaping looking good this year!!
We also carry a nice supply of everything your yard could need to beat the weeds and stay healthy.

Graduations are quickly approaching!! If you are celebrating a very special milestone with your grad, let us help you!! We have tents, tables and chairs for rent. Along with some other fun party things like a popcorn machine or snow cone machine, the blow up football/baseball/soccer/axe throwing game. Buffet chafing warmers and so much more!!
