Everything starts with a sketch... This is a 72" Belt width tripper, that includes curved hood with flop gate to feed dual pantleg chutes. Designed to handle 7643 stph of Potash.
•
Each pant-leg chute feeds its own telescoping spout. The telescoping spouts are mounted on a soft drop carriage that is underhung below the tripper support level. DEM modeling was performed to confirm material flow between the tripper pant-leg chutes and the telescoping spout feed chutes.

Over the past week, many of our engineers from Raw Resources, LLC and Raw Engineering & Design, LLC had taken part in our in house 3D training of AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks Manage 2022. Here are some designs our engineers had completed during training.
The course focused on modeling from concrete to piping, bill of material production, and producing Orthographic / Isometric drawings from conceptual design to IFC. We also focused on Navisworks Manage by making master files, model reviews with viewpoint extractions, videos, rendering, and overall daily use. Many of the people taking part in the course went from little 3d experience to modeling 3D structures by the end of the week. Our next course will be focused on steel detailing in Autodesk Advance Steel.
