⭐Connecting With Our Teams Across South Texas⭐
Last week, our Owner and Vice President of Operations/CFO had the opportunity to visit each of our J & J Pipe and Supply locations across South Texas.
These visits gave us valuable time with our management teams to review financial performance, discuss new company policies, identify individual store needs, and talk about future operational and financial goals.
Just as important was the opportunity to spend time with the people who make J & J what it is. We enjoyed meeting with our employees at each location and putting a little company knowledge to the test!
Management was challenged to recite J & J’s Core Values without looking—and those who nailed it were rewarded with a Texas Roadhouse gift card. 🥩👏
Every location has its own strengths, needs, and opportunities, but one thing was consistent throughout our visits: the people behind J & J Pipe and Supply. We appreciate the hard work, experience, and dedication our employees bring to the company every day 🙌🏼
