Think a 3070 door is actually 36" × 84"? Think again. 👀

In commercial construction, door sizes like 3068, 3070, and 3080 refer to the nominal opening size, not the exact dimensions of the door slab.

The door itself is manufactured slightly smaller to allow for:

✔️ Hardware operation
✔️ Smooth door movement inside the frame
