I’ve made it to my initial weight goal. I started out at 360lbs in 2017 with 250lbs as my destination. I did this w/o dieting! I changed my lifestyle and took it one step at a time and moved downward with erasing another 10lbs. Once I accomplished that 10lb goal, I stayed there for weeks or months to allow my body to adjust to the new weight. After deeming it was time, I then moved on to the next 10lb goal. I am continuing downward to 220lbs or 230lbs, but 240lbs is my next victim. Once I get to my end goal, I will then focus on adding more muscle on this Fifty and Fine mission. Sixty and Sexy is next!! 😂💯🔥
