Nice post from Mark Rodgers at Hillcrest Farms in Dearing, Georgia USA. We did the design work for his original freestall barn 10 years ago and updated it to include five robotic milking units – the first robotic milking system in the state of Georgia.

JGMIII Project Highlight: 1500-cow dairy in North Carolina USA taking shape. Double-28 parallel stall milking center, 6-row naturally-ventilated freestall barns, recycled wastewater flush system, sand settling/recovery lane, trench-type forage silos cut into hillside, and earthen-lined manure storage ponds.
