Big news for stack testers: The XD-502 Gen 2 just leveled up.

We’ve rolled out a major software and firmware overhaul designed to streamline your workflow on the sampling platform. Whether you want direct browser control from your device or smoother data offloading.

What’s new:

- Browser-Based Control: Built directly on the onboard ESP32, the software interface is now fully wireless. Connect instantly from any web browser on your phone, tablet, or laptop—no specialized apps required.

- Instant Data Export: Download test runs directly through your browser with immediate file retrieval, plus enhanced USB transfer reliability in the field.

- Refined Menus & Settings: Enjoy cleaner configuration screens, more consistent on-screen menu behavior, and more efficient connection handling.

How to upgrade:

Every existing XD-502 Gen 2 console is fully compatible. You can upgrade to the new software & firmware in minutes using a straightforward software flashing tool, or by dropping in a pre-flashed replacement ESP32 board.

Looking for a more inert and economical alternative to a stainless steel condenser? Our new Glass Condenser is designed as a replacement option for the stainless condenser used with the Apex Instruments thermoelectric chiller line. Compatible with TEC-1612, TEC-1624, and TEP-1612.

It's been a while since our last update—and that's a good problem to have.

Over the past several months, we've been busy designing and building some truly unique custom mobile laboratory trailers for customers across a variety of industries. Every project brings new challenges, new requirements, and new opportunities to create solutions that help our customers take their operations wherever they need to go.

Today, we're excited to share a video of one of our latest custom mobile lab builds. From concept to completion, this project showcases the level of engineering, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that goes into every trailer we produce.

No two builds are exactly alike, and that's what keeps our team motivated. Whether it's testing, research, quality control, training, or specialized field operations, we're proud to help organizations bring laboratory capabilities directly to the point of need.
