Michigan welder Mikala Sposito is headed to Shanghai, China, to represent the USA in WELDING at the 2026 WorldSkills Competition — often called the “Olympics of skilled trades.” And Mikala didn't get there by accident.

She's spent the last TWO YEARS training 60–80 HOURS A WEEK to earn the opportunity to represent the United States. Now THAT'S dedication. 💪
