Just finished the most wonderful dinner with the The Zonum Group family right on Hollywood Beach across from Margaritaville on another one of our completed projects! I invite everyone to visit the Brand New Everest Restaurant on Hollywood Beach!

I love seeing what was once a dream become a reality. Any new construction project is a long and trying process, but our designers were there every step of the way guiding our clients through the entire process.

Everest Restaurant & Lounge is an delectable mix of Mediterranean Cusine with an amazing experienced French chef, a classy American feel to it and a full bar and ho**ah lounge. All just steps away from the Hollywood Broadwalk. Haven't had such a good time in a while. Loved it! :-)

We're beyond thrilled to welcome The Zonum Group's newest Structural Design Specialist and Cad Technician Expert!!!!

Andrea Parra is a very proud graduate of the renowned Escuela Colombiana de Ingeneria Julio Garavito in Bogota, Colombia with an advanced Structural Specialist degree in Civil Engineering. She brings with her over 5 years of residential, commercial and multi-use structural design expertise and has managed projects in excess of 200M.

Andrea is a licensed engineer and licensed Structural Specialist in Colombia. She is also expertly skilled in ETABS, AutoCAD, reporting, analysis, SAP, seismic analysis, concrete design and steel structural design.

She brings her strong passion for structural engineering to The Zonum Group’s team of highly talented engineers. Her motivation and drive, combined with her education, intelligence and creativity are exactly the things that set The Zonum Group apart from any other firm. We find the right solutions and solve the difficult problems.

On a personal note, Andrea is an avid traveler and has a passion for the beauty of life itself. She is also the proud mommy of two beautiful German Shepherds and of course, loves high rise buildings.

Andrea, we’re very excited to have you on board and look forward to the many wonderful projects to come. There is no doubt to the pristine quality of work you’re capable of producing. You’re a perfect fit here at The Zonum Group and we know our clients will absolutely love you.

Another quality Construction Consulting job completed by The Zonum Group and its engineers!!! Our Client's Phase I of the New Miami Dade College School of Justice Project is 100% complete and ready for the following Phase! Before and After Photos Below.

For construction concerns, our ability to quickly perform Design Build in conjunction with the Contractor saved a significant amount of time on the project and met the Owner's needs as they changed.

We helped our Client/Contractor move forward each step of the way from start to finish and resolved every problem encountered. The solutions provided by our engineers saved our Client and the Owner thousands of dollars. Ready to move forward with Phase II.
