For inbound processing or decanting, the CASi-IBOD (Intelligent Box Opening Device) is a cornerstone of our automation suite. It measures every incoming box in real-time, allowing for an unlimited number of box-cutting configurations. With several versatile cutting options, the CASi-IBOD minimizes damage to the content inside the boxes. Working in tandem with the device, our Lid Remover completes the box opening process by using suction cups to grab lids and discard them with a trash conveyor.
