We had the opportunity to welcome our WyoTech- Laramie representative to our Blaine, MN shop to meet with our Truck & Trailer Shop Managers and talk about our continued partnership!

We’re focused on more than just recruiting. We want to help Wyo-Tech students and graduates find meaningful, long-term careers where they can put their skills to work and continue growing in the industry.

We’re proud of this partnership and look forward to continuing to connect great students with great career opportunities! 🔧

⭐We’re wrapping up Tech Appreciation Week with a little FOCing fun! ⭐

We asked our techs across the Family of Companies some very important “Would You Rather” questions… and, as expected, they had some STRONG opinions. 😂

Snap-On or MAC?🔧
Chevy or Ford?🚗
Pineapple on pizza an absolute NO or an absolute YES? 🍍🍕
And perhaps the most important question of all… toilet paper OVER or UNDER? 👀

Check out the results and see where our techs landed!

We have had a lot of fun this week celebrating the people behind the wrenches, the wheels, and the work that keeps our Family of Companies and America moving.❤️💙

🚛Family of Companies Tech Appreciation Week - It Takes a Team.⭐

Our technicians don't just repair trucks and trailers. They keep businesses moving. They keep drivers rolling. They help keep America moving. Every repair they complete can mean a driver getting back to work, a load reaching its destination, and a fleet staying on schedule. 📅

That's a pretty big job.💪

We're proud of the role our Family of Companies technicians play in the trucking industry and in the communities we serve. Their work matters to our customers, their drivers, their coworkers, and the people counting on those trucks to keep moving.🚚

Thank you to our incredible techs for everything YOU do. Your work has an impact far beyond the shop doors. ❤️

🔧 A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR TECHS! 🔧

We had a pretty great day celebrating the people who keep our Family of Companies—and our customers—moving! ❤️🇺🇸

Every location took some time to celebrate Tech Appreciation Day with a special lunch, and each tech received a custom “I’m Here Because You Broke Something” T-shirt.😂

From the shop floor to the road, our technicians show up every day, get their hands dirty, solve problems, and keep trucks, tanks, and trailers rolling. What they do matters, and we’re incredibly grateful for the skill, dedication, and hard work they bring to the company every day.❤️💙

And of course… what’s a celebration without some FOCing awesome prizes?! We hosted a Facebook Live and gave away a lot of great prizes!🎉🏆

Thanks to everyone who helped make the day happen, and most importantly, THANK YOU to our technicians for everything you do!⭐️

Here’s a look at some of Tech Appreciation Day across the Family of Companies! 📸👇

🎉🏆 CONGRATULATIONS to our SUPER TECH, James! 🏆🎉

James put his skills to the test at TMCSuperTech 2026 in Pittsburgh this week, placing an impressive 24th out of 83 technicians from across the country!

TMC SuperTech is the trucking industry’s premier technician skills competition, bringing together some of the best technicians in the country to compete through a series of hands-on challenges that test their knowledge, skill, and expertise.

We couldn’t be more proud to have James representing the Blaine Brothers Family of Companies on the national stage! 👏

Great job, James! Keep turning those wrenches and showing them what a FOCing SUPER TECH looks like! 🔧💪

💪 Family of Companies Tech Appreciation Week - It Takes Hard Work. 💪

Some days are clean. Some days are cold. Some days are long. And some jobs are a whole lot tougher than they looked when they rolled through the door. 👊

Our technicians show up and get after it. 🏆 They turn wrenches, crawl under equipment, troubleshoot problems, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

To every tech across the Family of Companies: thank you for putting in the work, tackling the tough jobs, and never being afraid to get your hands dirty. 👐

We see it. We appreciate it. And we're proud to have you on our team. Thank you for everything you do to keep America rolling! 🚚🔧

🤝 Work Hard. Play Hard. 💪

Last week, our leadership team headed to our annual Leadership Retreat. A few days of collaboration, problem-solving, growth, and, of course, plenty of FOCing fun!

Our leaders were split into teams and challenged to work together, think outside the box, and tackle different projects and problems. There were team-building activities, some friendly competition, and even a challenge to build a boat… out of a cardboard box. 🚤😂

And because we believe in the Work Hard. Play Hard. part, we also had our annual FOCing Co****le Tournament! 🌽

🏆 Congratulations to Spencer & Jason, who took home the championship!

But the best part of the retreat wasn't the competition or the cardboard boats; it was the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, strengthen relationships, and spend time getting to know the people we work alongside in a different setting.

Great teamwork. Great laughs. Great bonding.

That's what makes our Family of Companies a family. ❤️

🔧 Family of Companies Diesel Tech Appreciation Week - It Takes Skill.💪

Behind every repair, every diagnosis, and every truck that gets back on the road is a technician who knows their stuff.

Our technicians bring years of experience, specialized knowledge, and a whole lot of problem-solving to the shop every day. They work on some of the toughest equipment in the industry, and they don't stop until they find the solution.

From the first diagnostic scan to the final wrench turn, the skill behind the work matters.

To all of our Family of Companies technicians: THANK YOU for your expertise, your attention to detail, and the pride you take in doing the job right. We appreciate you more than you know! 👊🔧
