WHO IS LOOKING FOR A COURT REPORTING ADVENTURE!!!

A water system is involved in ongoing litigation and requesting a court reporter to join the parties in a tour. The intent of the tour is to record interactive discussions describing the physical water system. Counsel for both parties to the litigation will participate. The tour will consist of examining a 28-mile long water system, with multiple stops along the way. As the tour stops at each location, a description of and conversation about the water system in that area will occur. It is our intent to have these descriptions/conversations recorded by the court reporter.
The tour will take place sometime in the last two weeks of August in Ridgecrest and Trona, CA. We anticipate the tour lasting approximately 6 hours. The court reporter will be transported alone in an airconditioned van that will caravan with other private vehicles on this tour. Due to COVID-19 concerns, at the discretion of the court reporter, recorded conversations could happen either in the van, or outside near the van, close to the court reporter. It is our intent that only vaccinated personnel will be in contact with the Court Reporter.
