Our latest project is progressing well. The main chamber, with a diameter of 30” and a length of 5’, incorporates a reverse flow setup and is effectively maintaining temperatures at the desired range. While there are still tasks to be completed on the overall rig, the smoker component is almost finished.

Here’s the latest completed smoker. 24” diameter main cook chamber that measures 36” in length. Has 2 removable cooking racks in the main chamber. Warning box on the end has 4 additional racks. Works great and holds temps easily.
