Primary responsibilities include, managing inbound and outbound PO’s, and maintaining all paperwork pertaining to scheduling, forecasting, shipments and purchases. Secondary responsibilities will include occasional warehouse support and managing packaging inventory levels.
MUST HAVE: Valid Driver’s license and own transportation, ability to lift 30lbs, Data Entry experience, Detailed organizational and communication skills. Outlook and/or Quick Books a plus. This position involves some oversight and participation spanning several departments including shipping, receiving, production, machine operation and warehouse organization. Must be equally comfortable at desk work and warehouse tasks. Computer skills are a must, prior forklift experience helpful, mechanical aptitude important. Applicants must be organized, have good communication skills and be able to manage product flow from receiving to shipping. Applicants must have valid DL and transportation.
