I really don’t like the height of deck overs, but love the fact that I’m able to forklift material on and off easily. I designed this around the idea of having the shortest possible height. I managed to keep enough clearance on everything and still maintain a total height of 31” unloaded and 29” fully loaded.

5x8 Man Basket w/ Flip Down Sides

- 5’ x 8’ Main Basket
- 3’ Sides hinge down to make 14’ total length
- Telehandler fork tubes on back and sides for maximum mobility
- Skid steer fork tubes on back for easy transport
- 2’ x 8’ frame work to fit wood insert for work table

This one turned out beautifully! Straight, clean and strong. 💪

One of the larger projects I’ve had in the shop -
The Concrete Trailer

This is a great before & after post.

A few key points to this rebuild
- Fully enclosed rear box
- Barn doors with locks to keep open
- Double trolleys to transport power trowels & compactors
- Hooks for hand & concrete tools
- 1/8” sheet metal roof
- Rebar holders on top of trailer
- LED work lights inside & out
- Powered off of a Dewalt 20v battery
- New paint, lights, and wiring
- Ladder to access roof
- Misc. shelving

This project has been very eventful to say the least, but came out nice and clean, and straight. Onto the next! 🫡
