Toro Dingo TX1000 – Bogie Wheel Bearing Replacement Tips

Worn bogie wheel bearings are one of the most common undercarriage issues on a TX1000. Ignore them long enough and they turn into damaged wheels, uneven track wear, and expensive downtime.

In this video, we cover:

Early signs of failing bogie bearings
Tips for removing stubborn bearings without damaging components
Common installation mistakes
What to inspect before putting everything back together
How proper track tension affects bearing life

A little preventative maintenance goes a long way when it comes to undercarriage costs.

Watch the video, replace them correctly, and keep your TX1000 rolling smoothly.

How Many Dingos Did You Service Today?

Some days it’s one machine. Some days it feels like every TX1000 in the country showed up broken before lunch.

Hydraulic leaks, track adjustments, wheel motors, electrical gremlins, no-start issues — the usual lineup.

How many Dingos did you work on today?

Toro Dingo TX1000 – Bell Housing Upgrade: Aluminum to Steel

The factory aluminum bell housings on some TX1000 machines are known weak points — especially on hard-used machines running high hours or heavy attachments.

In this video, we cover upgrading from the factory aluminum housing to a steel version and discuss:

Why aluminum housings crack and fail
Common signs of bell housing problems
Benefits of the steel upgrade
Installation considerations and fitment tips

A failed bell housing can create major downtime and expensive collateral damage. Upgrading to steel adds durability where these machines need it most.

Watch the video, inspect your setup, and decide if the upgrade makes sense for your machine before failure happens.

Toro Dingo Road Wheel (Bogie Wheel) Identification

If you're working on a Toro Dingo track machine and trying to replace a worn bogie (road) wheel, don’t assume they’re all the same — they’re not.

Different models and generations use different:

Wheel diameters
Bearing sizes
Hub widths
Offset configurations

Even within the same model line (TX1000, TX1000 Turbo, TX1300), there are variations depending on year and undercarriage setup.

Common mistakes we see:

Ordering based on model only, not serial number
Mixing early and late production wheels
Ignoring bearing differences
Assuming aftermarket = exact match

What you actually need to verify:

Model AND serial number
Wheel diameter
Bearing type (sealed vs serviceable)
Hub width / spacing
Bolt size and spacing

Getting this wrong leads to:

Premature wear
Track alignment issues
Increased stress on the drive system

If your machine is eating tracks or wearing unevenly, mismatched bogie wheels are one of the first things to check.

Bottom line:
Take 5 minutes to identify it correctly before ordering parts. It saves time, money, and a lot of frustration.

Toro Dingo TX1300, TX1000, TX1000 Turbo & TX700 – Service Menu / Digital Hour Meter

If you’re relying only on what’s visible on the dash, you’re missing valuable information. The digital service menu gives you deeper insight into your machine’s usage and maintenance needs.

In this video, we walk through:

How to access the service menu
Where to find the digital hour meter
What hours actually matter for maintenance intervals
Additional data points you should be paying attention to

Accurate hours drive maintenance decisions. Guessing leads to missed service or unnecessary work.

Watch the video, access your machine’s data, and stay ahead of maintenance the right way.

Toro Dingo TX1000 Turbo – Tow Valves

Need to move a non-running machine? Tow valves are the difference between dragging it and moving it correctly without damaging the system.

In this video, we cover:

What the tow valves do on a TX1000 Turbo
Where they’re located and how to access them
How to properly open them to free the drive system
What to do before returning the machine to service

Improper towing can damage pumps and motors fast. Using the tow valves correctly protects your hydraulic system and saves expensive repairs.

Watch the video, use them the right way, and move your machine without causing more problems.

Toro Dingo TX1000 Turbo – Charge Pump Line Replacement

Low hydraulic pressure, slow response, or cavitation noise can often trace back to a failing charge pump line. Cracks, loose fittings, or internal breakdown restrict flow and starve the system.

In this video, we walk through a TX1000 Turbo charge pump line replacement and cover:

Symptoms of a failing or restricted charge line
Where to inspect for leaks and weak points
Proper removal and installation tips
What to check before putting the machine back in service

Charge pressure keeps the entire hydraulic system fed. When it drops, everything suffers.

Watch the video, replace the line correctly, and keep your TX1000 Turbo running at full hydraulic performance.

Toro Dingo TX1000 – Wide Track Tension

Track tension isn’t static — and in the summer heat, it changes faster than most people realize. Wide tracks on a TX1000 are especially sensitive to temperature and job conditions.

Watch the video, stay on top of your adjustments, and protect your undercarriage during the hottest months.
