🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (HR/Finance)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations – recruitment, onboarding, payroll, engagement
Handle accounts & finance – Tally, GST, TDS, vendor payments & reconciliations
Collaborate with auditors, banks, and cross-functional teams
Use tools like Tally, Excel, Canva, and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini.ai)
