During a recent visit with a plastics manufacturer producing rod, tube, and sheet, one thing stood out: every one of their 50 extruders relies on a Dynisco melt pressure sensor to control screw speed and maintain stable pressure at the die.
By using a melt pressure transducer with temperature output to regulate RPM, they’re able to:
