JBF Stainless manufactures stainless steel tanks and vessels in our Frankfort, NY factory.

Our products are used throughout beverage, brewery, chemical, cosmetics, dairy, food, and winery businesses. We strive to maintain a well-balanced, diverse and positive working environment for our employees.

We are currently accepting applications for welders, metal finishers, and fabricators.

Experience is preferred but not necessary. Paid training is provided.

Job Descriptions:
* Welder – Work will include manual and semi-automatic welding of stainless steel using TIG and MIG processes.
* Metal Finishers – Responsible for grinding and polishing materials to the desired specifications, maintaining quality and integrity of the product.
* Fabricator – Work includes cutting, forming, and assembly of metal parts using a variety of tools and machinery.

* Pay Range of $17-$25/hr

JBF Stainless is pleased to have participated in preliminary discussions supporting this study. It is another great example of forward thinking by the Herkimer County Industrial Development Agency to boost the region’s industrial footprint and workforce. Thank you John Piseck for bringing parties together. We hope to see good things develop as a result of this study!

The Herkimer County IDA, in partnership with Karen Karp & Partners, a NY-based food systems consultancy, will be hosting a public participation session to discuss the findings from a recently administered food processing study!

During this public participation session, we want to hear from local residents so they can share their opinions on the future of food processing. The purpose of this study is to better equip the county to succeed in the future, and we need the support and opinions of local residents on the food processing study in order to plan for future development!

The public participation session is being held at the Herkimer County Community College Sarkus-Bush Theater on June 2 from 6 PM - 8 PM.
