We don’t typically go on-site to program machines—but when a customer calls and needs help, we do everything we can to be there.
Spent some time on the floor this week helping get things dialed in and back up and running. That’s what being a true partner is all about—showing up when it matters.
One thing I’ve learned over the years… your ability to figure it out will take you a long way in life. Not everything is going to be laid out perfectly. The people who keep pushing, keep learning, and keep solving problems are the ones who win.

We had the opportunity to give a capabilities presentation inside one of our customer’s facilities, and I’m grateful for the time their team spent with us.
There’s nothing better than sitting down with engineers, maintenance teams, and leadership to talk through real challenges and how we can support them.
At Northside Machine & Tool, we focus heavily on:
• Prototype and short-run CNC machining
• Repairing worn or broken components
• Fast turnaround when production lines need support
• Working alongside our customers as a true partner
These types of meetings are valuable because they open the door for better collaboration, faster solutions, and continuous improvement.
