Once I set up the 60 ton press brake I knew it was a game changer on speed and accuracy of Bends.
Now I'm looking at this. This should really speed things up

Sample processed on the APEX EZ Sander using an 80 grit belt at 10 FPM.Second pass with increased pressure from belt head to remove remaining slag.

This millermatic 211 has been a real workhorse. I thought it would never die. Last night at about 6:00 p.m. Sparks and smoke. Out with the old and in with the new. Sure hope this new one lasts as long as the old one did.
