Last week marked the halfway point in the phase 3 construction of the 4.0 MGD advanced MBR water recycling plant in the City of Lathrop, one of the fastest growing cities in California. PACE is proud of our relationship with the City, including projects such as the 2016 phase 2 MBR facility and the 2022 tertiary upgrade to San Joaquin River discharge using low CT disinfection and dechlorination with cooling.

Thank you to our project partners the City of Lathrop, GSE Construction, Kovalus Membranes (formerly KOCH), and Veolia Operations.
