makes for a very quiet hunter…why? 2cc case capacity means you can launch a 300gr .338cal HPBT with 10.7gr of X powder to get 1,000 fps vs 14gr of the same X powder in a 3cc case…pressure doesn’t build up by how much powder necessarily, but by how large or small the container holding that charge is. Air density and positional sensitivity also play a role in the cartridges ease of obtaining consistent fps and low SD’s.

From the proven Rex line, .ballistics Selous line, and the max expander offerings…careful design considerations were implemented into each projectile to maximize terminal performance in the subsonic range.

The Nemesis XL-ti & L-ti (Sak Lunch prototypes) follow a fundemental law… when applied to suppressors, this physics principle is utilized to drop the pressure of expanding propellant gases by drastically increasing the space occupied. Expansion and Volume Increase as the projectile and gases exit the barrel and enter the empty volume inside the chambers of the suppressor. Because the volume increases significantly, Boyle’s Law dictates that the pressure of the gas drops proportionately. The suppressor’s internal baffles force this expanding gas to bounce around, lengthening the time it takes to exit thus reducing the sound attenuation upon release.

In suppressor designs we often get hyper focused on just “how quiet” something is…fine, but consider that there are other attributes that also make a great suppressor. For example these Tishas (5.56mm & 8.6mm) were conceptualized to be efficient in SBR’s, no blow-back, lightweight, and minimal POI shift. These check all the boxes from hearing safe to compactness and precision. Some of my best groups in 5.56mm and 8.6 Blackout were achieved using these well thought-out designs. If everything matters to you, not just sound attenuation…don’t pass these up. They are the Crème de la crème of the suppressor world for all-around performance.

Project “Sak Lunch” is getting better and better as we progress. We’ve studied meticulously and the consensus is based on “Boyles Law” that a short fat can will always out-perform a long stack. Stay tuned as these become available for order…we promise you, they will out-perform the competition.
