Dye contamination in your A/C machine isn't just a maintenance issue. It's a $2,300 mistake waiting to happen.

Here's what we found on two jobs this week:

Shop A:
Dye contamination reached the identifier — the small black box with the O2 sensor on the outside. The contamination destroyed it. Full replacement required. Cost to the customer: over $2,300. A $210 oil catch can would have prevented it.
Shop B:
Heavy dye contamination found. Maintenance had been done — but without an oil catch can, contamination is inevitable. The identifier will need to be replaced in the near future.

Same problem. Two different shops. Both preventable.
If your A/C machine doesn't have an oil catch can installed, you're running on borrowed time.

A 4-post lift starts losing hydraulic pressure. The leak could be anywhere.

We found it — manifold, gauge, hydraulic line, O-ring, bolt hardware. Replaced everything. Tested the lift six times. No leaks.

Some jobs take one visit. This one took five. We don't close a ticket until it's right.

If your lift is running slow, drifting, or holding pressure inconsistently — that's your warning sign. Don't wait for a mid-raise failure.

AC machine malfunction. Two of them.

Kwik Kar on East University in Denton called us in when two AC machines went down at the same time. We diagnosed, repaired, and had both back running in one visit.

When your equipment goes down mid-season, every hour it's offline costs you. That's why you want someone who can handle both machines in one call — not two separate service windows.
