The Summit team is excited to present an ambitious project that involves the transformation of an existing 11-story commercial office building into a luxurious Residence Inn, featuring 150 keys. This comprehensive project was built in 1910 and encompasses two basement levels, making it a high-rise endeavor that demands precision and expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPFP) systems.

Landmark downtown Fort Worth office building will become Residence Inn hotel.

Summit along with our friends at Ryan Co had the honor to present as a technical speaker at the 2023 Net Zero conference in Los Angeles California this summer. Steve Ruse, PE, LEED AP and Chad Leveritt, PE presented on strategies to increase system operating efficiency in energy intensive large-scale industrial refrigeration systems. Did you know according to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and US DOE, for every (1) Btu/hr of energy saved by reduction in consumption, we are saving roughly (1.7) Btu/hr of energy in natural resources for energy production?"
