After more than 20 years, we're saying thank you and congratulations to Joe Epperson as he heads into a well-earned retirement! 🎉
In 2005, Joe applied with New Millennium and was hired as a detailer at the Ozark facility in Alabama by the Engineering Manager, Chad Bickford—who is now Vice President of New Millennium.
In 2009, when the Ozark facility joined the Lake City detailing department, Joe grew into the role of Engineering Technician, the position he has held for the past 8 years.
Joe's dependability, work ethic, and willingness to do what it takes have made him an essential part of the Lake City team. Beyond his own work, Joe has dedicated himself to mentoring the next generation of detailers, a contribution that will have a ripple effect for years to come.
Outside of work, Joe’s hobby is competitive archery, and by all accounts, he’s exceptional. What we recently learned is that he isn’t just good; he’s an elite marksman: expertly trained, precise, and consistently accurate. Within his club, his peers have given him a title that says it all: "The Legend." 🏹
