Emergency Titan Hose Reel Motor Replacement in Fort Pierce, FL

Pressure Equipment Solutions recently helped an out-of-town cleaning contractor get back up and running with a fast turnaround repair at our Fort Pierce shop. The contractor was working locally when the 12-volt motor on their Titan electric hose reel failed and needed immediate attention.

Fortunately, we had the replacement motor in stock and were able to quickly change out the faulty motor to minimize downtime and get their equipment back operational as soon as possible.

RAASM Retractable Hose Reel Installation in Boynton Beach, FL

Today we serviced a local municipality’s 10 GPM hot water pressure washer that came in with a no-start issue and visible mechanical damage.

After a full inspection, we found the generator pulley (which controls burner system voltage) was damaged, and the root cause traced back to a slight misalignment in the Kubota diesel engine. That misalignment led to excessive vibration, wearing out the pulley shaft and even cracking the pump stand.

We replaced the pump stand, installed new pump belts and generator belts, and properly realigned the Kubota diesel engine to get everything running smoothly again.

The no-start issue turned out to be a dead battery—but that wasn’t the whole story. The battery had failed because the alternator wasn’t recharging it, so we addressed that as well to prevent future downtime.

We don’t just swap parts and hope for the best—we troubleshoot and track down the root cause so the problem is actually fixed the right way the first time.

This unit is now back in service and operating as it should.

Another successful rehab completed for a local golf course.

Our team recently brought a bio-remediation wash water filtration system back to life, restoring the wash pad so it can properly treat and discharge wash water — keeping the operation within environmental compliance and running the way it should.

This rehab included:
• Replacing the control cabinet
• Updating electrical wiring
• Re-plumbing drains and feed lines
• Installing a new sump pump
• Cleaning out the collection basin and trench

From top to bottom, we made sure the entire system is operating efficiently, reliably, and as designed.
