Wright Construction is making great progress at Lovers Key State Park! 🌴
All three buildings now have completed shells, and interior wall framing is finished. At the 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, siding installation is wrapping up and painting is underway. Construction of the exterior ramp is expected to begin by the end of the month.
At the 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽, crews are installing the final doors while continuing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work. The 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 is close behind, with soffit and siding installation now underway and interior finishes coming soon.
All three buildings remain on schedule for completion before Thanksgiving. We are honored to play a role in enhancing such an important community destination and look forward to seeing these facilities serve the residents and visitors of Southwest Florida for years to come!

Our team recently hosted some of our trusted subcontractor partners for a fishing charter, taking time to connect outside of work and enjoy a little Southwest Florida sunshine. We appreciate the strong relationships that help make what we do possible every day.

🚧 Cape Coral Yacht Basin | Project Update #8

Work continues at the Cape Coral Yacht Basin as sheet pile installation progresses along the Floridian Canal. Crews are also installing rebar and preparing formwork for the west basin wall concrete cap, while dewatering continues for the box culvert installation.

Over the next two weeks, crews will continue sheet pile installation along the Floridian Canal, install rebar and pour the west basin wall concrete cap, install precast box culvert segments, and begin demolition of the existing fuel system.

Construction continues to move forward at Lynn Hall Memorial Park. Here's the latest progress update and a look at what's coming next as we continue to keep the community informed on this important project.

Form and Pour columns and shear wall
Pour Pavilion Slab

Begin shoring and formwork for elevated slab
Pour elevated slab and begin CMU
Continue site work

📍 Park Status
The park is currently closed to allow construction to move forward efficiently, helping us reopen the space to visitors and beachgoers as quickly as possible. Temporary facilities are available at the north end of the project near the LeeTran pickup location.
