🚧 Cape Coral Yacht Basin | Project Update #4

Progress continues at the Cape Coral Yacht Basin, with sheet pile installation for the boat ramp and cofferdam now complete. Crews are preparing to begin sheet pile installation along the south basin wall as work advances toward the day docks.

Over the next two weeks, crews will drive sheet piles along the south basin wall, install a dewatering system for the boat ramp and box culvert, and begin pouring the concrete seawall cap.

🚧 Project Update: Lynn Hall Memorial Park 🌴
Wright Construction Group is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the improvements at Lynn Hall Memorial Park in Fort Myers Beach. We’ll be sharing monthly updates to keep the community informed on the progress of this important project.

âś… May Progress Highlights
• Removal of existing piles completed
• Pavilion footings, columns, and tie beams installed

🔨 What’s Coming in June
• Installation of new building piles for the elevated restroom facility

The park is currently closed to allow construction to move forward efficiently, helping us reopen the space to visitors and beachgoers as quickly as possible. Temporary facilities are available at the north end of the project near the LeeTran pickup location.

Sharing some highlights from the symbolic groundbreaking celebration of three new chapel sites on Ave Maria University’s Campus! These chapels will serve as places of worship, prayer, and reflection for the university's students and faculty. Wright is honored to have the privilege of partnering with Ave Maria University again to build these meaningful sites.

🚧 Cape Coral Yacht Basin | Project Update #3

Crews are nearing completion of sheet pile installation along the north basin wall and adjacent east wall while continuing to drive sheet piles to final grade.

Over the next two weeks, crews will continue driving sheet piles to final grade, begin constructing the cofferdam around the new boat ramp, and install the dewatering system.

The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools recently hosted the State of Our Schools Breakfast, and Wright Construction was proud to serve as a major sponsor of this impactful event. This exciting event showcased the incredible talents of local students and honored those achieving academic excellence across the District.

Superintendent of Schools for the School District of Lee County, Dr. Denise Carlin, delivered the State of Our Schools address, sharing key insights into the District’s progress and priorities over the past year.

Here's our Cape Coral Yacht Club project update! 🛥️

Work is progressing at the Cape Coral Yacht Club with continued installation of steel sheet piles along the north basin wall. Crews have now reached the west side of the boat ramp. To protect nearby properties, surrounding soils, and the environment, vibration and noise levels are being continuously monitored throughout sheet pile installation.

Installation will continue on the opposite side of the boat ramp, progressing north.
