The funeral will be held on July 18, 2026, with visitation at 3 PM and services beginning at 4 PM.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Charles Doss, Jr., longtime owner of Williams Hardware.

Charles dedicated much of his life to serving our community through Williams Hardware and spent decades building upon the values of hard work, integrity, faith, and customer service that have defined our store since 1952.

To so many, Charles was more than a business owner. He was a friend, a mentor, and a familiar face who genuinely cared about the people who walked through our doors. His commitment to our customers, employees, and community helped shape Williams Hardware into what it is today.

While we mourn his loss, we are committed to honoring his legacy. Williams Hardware will remain family-owned and operated, ensuring that the values Charles cherished will continue to guide us for generations to come.

We ask that you keep the Doss family and the Williams Hardware family in your thoughts and prayers.
