Worked on a Vespa LX exhaust today. When I first saw it, I thought it was too far gone. But after a lot of cutting and grinding, I was able to form, cut, and weld on a patch.

Final job of 2023! Rusted out rockers on a Ford Expedition repaired with new custom steel.

Fixed the tire holder on a Toyota 4Runner for a new customer. The tireholder mounting points had pulled through the sheet metal on the rear corner of the truck. I reinforced the mounting points by welding 1/4 inch steel flatbar behind the sheetmetal and welded the mounting nuts to the flatbar for easy installation and maintenance.

That spare wheel and mount is not going anywhere!
