Payne Engineering has been chosen to lead the restoration of the wood timber deck, sidewalks, parapets, and other structural elements of the Bridge to Half Moon Island by the Port Liberte HOA and Master Association. After a thorough evaluation of the bridge's condition and a detailed wood testing program, it was determined that immediate repairs were necessary. The bridge is a crucial entry point for pedestrians, vehicles, and emergency services to the homes in this exclusive area of the Port Liberte luxury community. The project will be executed with meticulous planning, phased implementation, and traffic management measures in place. 🌉

This project involves the conversion of a former office, retail, and light manufacturing building into a cutting-edge cannabis manufacturing facility on the first floor, and a state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facility on the second floor, spanning a total area of 25,000 square feet each.
