At 400 Biscayne Tower (formerly Society Biscayne), the first 12 levels host a 22,000 sq ft First United Methodist Church, and above that rises a 49-story, 571-ft mixed-use tower.

Our team delivered full engineering support, from design-assist and steel-structure design to glazing system development, 3D coordination in Revit and AutoCAD, performance testing, and multi-platform collaboration.
