New installation of 40,000 gallon per day sea water desalination plant with Cat Pumps Energy Recovery Device. Sea-R.O., Inc. provided a similar system approximately 10 years ago for this high end Bahamas resort and marina and as they have built out and require more potable water production, we were asked to provide a system to double the output capacity. This new system combines the best of the proven technologies and equipment with new cutting edge controls and remote access for monitoring from anywhere, along with the most energy efficient design for maximum water production from the lowest possible kilowatt usage. We are proud to have partnered with MCI Water Equipment Technologies, Cat Pumps, and our outstanding field service technicians to bring this project to fruition.

It has been a very busy time for new watermaker installations for the Florida Watermakers - Desalination & Reverse Osmosis team. Here are a few photos showing the "Yacht Quality" workmanship provided on several of our systems.

The most recent installation of a complete water purification and distribution system for a high end home on Harbour Island Bahamas by the amazing Albury Solutions team. System includes duplex Amphibian AM2000CD Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination systems that will produce up to 4000 gallons per day into two separate storage tanks. Single sea water well source and submersible pump can provide adequate feed flow to one or both SWRO systems through inlet isolation motor operated valves. Either storage tank can "call" for water with independent floats and product diversion system will send water to that tank. Stored potable water is distributed with duplex DAB Esybox constant pressure pumps through a final Ultraviolet Blackcomb rack sterilizer by Luminor to filter to 5 microns and carbon block CTO filter for taste/odor and ultraviolet to eliminate any microbial content from the stored water for perfectly pure and healthy water at every fixture in the home. Fully automated Amphibian 2000 gallon per day systems in single and duplex installations will provide pleanty of pure and healthy water for these homeowners and their guests. Duplex DAB pump system provides ample constant water pressure and flow for multiple fixtures without any pressure fluctuations. Luminor Blackcomb ultraviolet sterilizer filtration system insures final distribution of stored water into household is filtered and sterilized to eliminate any undesirable taste/odor or microbes.

Martin RO Solutions was asked to nearly double the water production capabilities of a large yacht to 10,000 gallons per day, and do this without increasing the space requirement. As always, Richard Martin not only delivered what the client requested, he built a custom system that will still be easy for the engineer to operate and maintain. Sea-R.O., Inc. supplied most of the high end components including Cat Pumps, ABB Baldor motors, iControl water quality monitors and controllers, Composite Concepts pressure vessels, LG Chem seawater RO membranes, SSP 316SS fittings, etc. The design and installation is 100% Martin RO Solutions and we applaud and acknowledge the work of an artisan in our industry.

A recent installation of four Leviathan 8000 gallon per day sea water desalination systems at a resort facility on Eleuthera that just underwent an extensive renovation. Client chose to have redundancy of multiple systems to provide flexibility of production volume and the ability to service systems regularly without a complete shut down. Once again, The Albury Solutions team did an amazing job of planning the space for easy access for the equipment for operation and allowing an ample service envelope for future maintenance.

New installation of one of our Leviathan 8000 gallon per day SWRO ( Sea Water Reverse Osmosis) systems by Phil Thompson of Ideal H2O for One Eleuthera Foundation. Water is being produced primarily to support the foundations general agriculture, hydroponics, and crop production and management programs.
