Reach Services installed a 37-foot dual motor swing stage at The Soapstone Apartments in Washington, DC, for Galway Sustainable Capital, helping bring a vibrant exterior mural by multidisciplinary artist Mas Paz to life.

The large-scale artwork required reliable access across the upper portion of the building facade. To make it possible, our team developed and installed a custom access configuration using scaffold rigging towers and I-beam trolleys, positioning the swing stage exactly where the painters needed it.

The result: an efficient suspended access solution designed around the building, the mural location, and the unique needs of the project team.

We are proud to recognize our President & CEO, Gary Boncich, as he takes on a new leadership role as Secretary of the Scaffold & Access Industry Association (SAIA) Executive Committee.

His appointment reflects a continued commitment to advancing the scaffold and access industry through leadership, collaboration, and a focus on moving our industry forward. As Secretary, he will have the opportunity to bring his experience and perspective to the Executive Committee while helping support SAIA’s continued growth and impact.

Scaffold Resource has been a part of SAIA for many years, and we are proud to deepen that involvement through this new role. We value the organization’s work to strengthen safety, education, and industry standards and look forward to continuing to contribute to that mission.

We also congratulate Matt Morgan on his new role as President, along with the incoming Executive Committee and Board of Directors. We look forward to working alongside this leadership team and seeing what the next two years will bring.

Supporting another long-term restoration project in South Florida.

Working alongside North Star Contractors, we're providing suspended access and System Scaffold equipment for the three-year restoration of Marina Palms Yacht Club in North Miami.

When access solutions need to work around more than just the structure.

Reach Services recently provided suspended access and swing stage rigging support for a high-visibility FIFA World Cup advertising installation at YVE Hotel in Downtown Miami, helping Vinyl Works install large-format exterior banner graphics.

Hospitality projects require careful coordination, and this one was no exception. To minimize disruption to hotel guests, all rigging equipment was transported to the roof overnight, with the suspended access system installed during normal business hours to support the banner installation.

From phased rigging and installation to dismantling, storage, reinstallation, and final removal, our team developed a customized access plan that kept the project moving while allowing hotel operations to continue uninterrupted.

We partnered with ACM Services on the Marlyn Condominiums project in Washington, DC, providing custom suspended access solutions for exterior window repairs, caulking, and metal flashing work.

To overcome unique site constraints, our team designed a specialized roof-access system featuring swing stages, scaffold towers, I-beam trolleys, and counterweighted anchor points, allowing crews to safely and efficiently access multiple areas of the building façade.

Recently completed in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Swing stages provided directly to a condominium association for mandatory engineering inspections.

Limited rigging points on the structure required a custom solution. Our team designed and installed a weighted beam system on one of the penthouse balconies. Engineers gained safe, compliant access to every required wall section.
