Recently completed in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Swing stages provided directly to a condominium association for mandatory engineering inspections.

Limited rigging points on the structure required a custom solution. Our team designed and installed a weighted beam system on one of the penthouse balconies. Engineers gained safe, compliant access to every required wall section.

Reach Services installed multiple swing stages and a trash chute at The Residence at Park Place, a luxury condominium in Annapolis’ revitalized West Street area.

Our system provided safe, efficient suspended access, allowing crews to remove and replace shingles across multiple roof elevations and varying angles with confidence.

Reach Services has teamed up with Scaffold Resource to support Clark Construction and HiRise Windows during façade panel replacement at Hampden House, a luxury apartment community in Bethesda, Maryland.

Our team provided the suspended access needed to keep exterior work moving safely and efficiently, designing and installing a swing stage solution tailored to the roof conditions and building access needs, all while minimizing disruption for residents.

We couldn’t have asked for a better day for the Scaffold & Access Industry Association Region Four event! It was a great opportunity to connect and collaborate with fellow professionals across the Southeast.

The hands-on safety training, demos, and educational sessions are a key part of why events like this are so valuable to us.

REACH DMV’s King Jenkins recently instructed participants on the fundamentals of swing stage operation, installation, and safety.

Our Suspended Access Basic User Training combines classroom instruction with hands-on warehouse training to give participants a practical understanding of suspended scaffold systems and safe operation in the field.
