One of our power plant customers in south Texas sent us an email early this morning. They were in desperate need of a set of custom-made parts and needed them by THIS THURSDAY! We had the parts made, on a pallet, and loaded into a hot shot van by 11:30 this morning. Their parts are due to arrive Thursday morning at 7:00 am. Taking care of our customers is priority #1.
