Our engineering office is looking for a hardworking reliable and dependable clerical support clerk. Typical duties require answering phones, relaying accurate messages, assist in field scheduling, creating file folders and filing, retrieving/sorting mail, bank deposits, answering and emailing clients, some data entry. Easy-draw Drafting, running office errands.

Multitasking in a busy office environment is must; as well as a desire to work. Reliability and dependability is critical. Must be a team player.

Apple formatted Word, Excel proficiency helpful

Timeslips knowledge helpful but not necessary

8:00 am start time is required

Bauer Associates, Inc., a well-established geotechnical engineering and consulting firm in Sonoma County is seeking a full time Senior Engineering Geologist.

Projects include both residential and commercial development, (review of published literature, aerial photographic interpretation, surface reconnaissance and subsurface exploration). Duties will include site assessments, recommendations to mitigate geologic concerns such as landsliding, faulting and liquefaction report preparation; including client conferences and monitoring of construction.

Experience required:
3-10 years of work experience in Geotechnical Engineering
BS or MS Degree in Geology
A Registered California and/or Certified Engineering Geologist
