Restored a military M416 trailer in Red Vine color w/ Bronze Chrome wheels and Satin Black undercarriage and fenders. Built a roof-top tent frame which is removable, added an off-the-shelf tongue box and jack, and four corner stabilizer jacks. Had the inside of the bed Linex'd as well.

Just need to apply graphics now, then get this behind my Jeep for its maiden voyage. Still looking to pick up a Walkabout 72 or 82 to mount to the top of the rack.

We've changed/added a few features, and how we build the galley for production trailers....and production starts next week!

Powder coat is done - just have to run wiring for lighting and brakes, reinstall the Timbren axles and hitch, then apply graphics.

Welds smoothed, ready for powder - got the RotopaX mounts installed on the traffic (drivers) side of the trailer as well. The tongue box is removed and powdered separately so that there is no exposed metal anywhere.

Also, door latches, axles, and wheels/tires are removed prior to powder. We have fixtures which attach to the leveling jack ports so that we can roll the trailer in and out of the paint booth and oven.
