Mobile Welding job ✅

Last week, we completed a project local to us at the Target DC in Amsterdam. The general contractor contacted us to fabricate and install 1/8” thick steel to wrap the opening they cut into the precast concrete wall system.

14’ tall x 8” C-Channel; 12’ wide x8” C-Channel wrap the top and sides. Custom measured and fabricated with in field modifications.

Last one for the “different from the norm” list of projects I completed over the fall that were never posted; Seal-Master brand bearing guards for bearings F-508, F-510 and F-511. These guards were made of 3/16” plate and totally custom based off customer’s preference. Bearings remain greasable with guards in still place. They were powdercoated safety yellow and installed on the machines they were built for. Definitely a unique experience designing these, but the cool things about all this custom stuff we do, the files remain. So we can build them all over again if need be. So if you have something, anything no matter how “different” it is that you need built or repaired in terms of steel fabrication, get ahold of us.

Next on the “different from the norm” list of things I did over the fall and never posted, these custom John Deere loader replacement parts. Battery box spring loaded door hinges. Couple other box doors and replaced the rotted bottom of the cab door. This one was fun. Stretched the legs of our capabilities and creativeness.

We cut 3/8” center link brackets, adjustable shock mounts, 4 link brackets and tabs of all sizes for Bad Rap Fabrication located in Fonda, NY. He works on trucks of this caliber from all over the country. Big thanks to Adam. If you’re building something like this and need some weld on parts, give us a shout. Cool little custom snowmobile seat bracket project I did. Believe it’s a newer Polaris seat going on an older mxz chassis. Built from complete scratch, didn’t copy anyone’s design despite the fact it might’ve been easier if I did. Just wanted to do it my way and the customer was all for it. Had it powder coated after. Worked out nice.
