Daylen, our summer civil engineering intern from The University of South Alabama, has been busy trading textbooks for AutoCad!

Some recent projects he has been lending a hand with include collecting data points for topographical and boundary surveys, reviewing drainage plans to ensure adequate stormwater runoff, and assisting with grading calculations for a local subdivision project.

We are so glad he's on board and is already accomplishing so much. This summer is off to a great start!

Please join us in welcoming Daylen to Axis Engineering Group as our new civil engineering intern!

Daylen is an engineering student at The University of South Alabama and has already hit the ground running this week. Today, he assisted our team at the Tanger Outlets renovation site in Foley.

A whole new look is coming to Tanger Outlets, and we are proud to be the surveying crew, providing construction staking services on this massive (555,000-sq-ft) renovation. In the accompanying photos, Daylen is verifying the invert and location of an existing storm inlet for the new storm system to tie into.

We’re thrilled to have Daylen on board and look forward to all he'll bring to the team!
