Big things are happening at Shortt Cuts Studio!

We brought in Brad—one of the industry’s leading laser professionals and a true TIG master—to work side-by-side with Jocelynn as she learns our new ShopSabre FiberSabre.

Over the next couple of days, she’ll be learning far more than how to operate the machine. Brad will be sharing his real-world knowledge of production, manufacturing, troubleshooting, efficiency, and marketing.

Brad has been absolutely amazing since we first connected a few weeks ago. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, generous with his experience, and genuinely wants to help us build this operation the right way.

Our brand-new ShopSabre 2kW Fiber Laser officially arrived today! 🔥⚡️

We’re still getting everything unboxed and set up, but we seriously cannot wait to show you guys what this machine is capable of. This is a huge addition to Shortt Cuts Studio and opens the door for even more custom metalwork, precision cutting, signage, fabrication, and one-of-a-kind projects.

A HUGE shoutout to our friends at Ku— Austin, Quinton, and Jessica — we appreciate you guys more than you know for helping make today happen!

And another big thank you to Allen with Olhausen Trucking for safely transporting this beast all the way from Minnesota and getting it delivered to our shop.

Now it’s time to get her unboxed, dialed in, and cutting. 😎
