I am tired of being Lied to by Madison, AL!!

I understand Weather Delays but my Shipments show “Out For Delivery” on 1/22/24 but have not made it yet!

Some others show “Out For Delivery” on 1/24/24!

Yet the Truck came yesterday and brought 2 boxes and today brought 1. When they show the rest out for delivery on 22nd and 24th but the Drivers says that all he has.

They are Falsely Scanning packages “Out For Delivery” when they are on a Trailer at the Terminal, by their own admission.

I have been Patient and had they just left the Status “On The Way” I would not be so Mad!!

Oh and the 800 # is no help they just read off the screen what I have already read!!

He has a non-displaced fracture in his leg.
