We are currently sold out. We will form a waitlist an fill orders once we get an idea of how many pounds we will be receiving at the end of next week.

We are selling USDA-certified Black Angus, grass- and grain-fed. 10, 15, and 20-pound packages.

The processor will individually package each pound, vacuum-sealed, and freeze it prior to pick up.

10 lbs @ $6/lbs = $60
15 lbs @ $5.50/lbs = $82.50
20 lbs @ $5.00/lbs = $100

Once the form is confirmed I will text you with the Venmo information for the $20 deposit.

We'll take them in on the 9th. They will be ready by the end of the month! We will not be shipping, but we will meet you.

We LOVE to cook and I've always liked the idea of a full sized griddle inside the house but the biggest knock on off-the-shelf, stove top griddles has been uneven cooking surface due to their thickness. So I decided to make one out of 1/4" mild steel, custom fit to my gas stove. There aren't any in-process photos because I wasn't 100% convinced it would work, but it came out great. Seasoned up nice and gives me large, even cooking surfaces to work my culinary magic.

I thought about making a few more and offering them up for sale. What do you think? Would you be interested in a full sized griddle, custom cut for your stove top?
