We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Mechanic Technician to join our team. As a Service Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for performing equipment repairs, maintenance, and installations. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge, will be essential in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties:
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Repairing and maintaining various types of equipment, including telehandlers, boom lifts and scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment machinery
- Performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs to equipment
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems and implementing appropriate solutions
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment
- Proficient in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
